These beautiful spec suites were delivered in partnership with Hunter Mason in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Each of the 4 spec suites on L15 featured a different colour scheme, providing fresh new spaces for potential tenants to move into.

Our joinery scope included kitchen/island bench joinery, banquette seating, lockers, utility storage and pinboard/whiteboard wall panelling throughout, as well as some feature V-groove MDF cladding.
